Danson Park Engagement Session with Francesca & Nathan

Danson Park in Kent is a great venue and one that I have visited many times. This time it was with lovely Francesca and Nathan who were in search of their wedding photographer to capture their Christmas wedding next year.

It was great getting to know both Francesca and Nathan, finding out more about their wedding day plans and seeing the excitement as they shared their ideas.

We were fortunate enough to have some good weather on our side, albeit a little windy. Danson Park was relatively quiet for a weekend but provided the perfect venue and backdrop to ease them into the flow of getting some great photos.

Engagement sessions are something that I have been doing for some time now and I feel it is an important part of your wedding preparations. In the short space of time we were together it was clear to see that both Francesca and Nathan started to relax and enjoy having their photos taken, something that a lot people don’t feel totally comfortable with!

The hour that we were together flew by and we all had great fun in and around Danson Park, getting to know each other and discussing wedding plans and ideas.

Here are a few of the photos that I got of them during their engagement session at Danson Park:

The discussions that we had about their wedding plans sound fantastic and I do love a Christmas wedding!

Their wedding day is going to be a wonderful day and one that I am really looking forward to photographing. A great couple and a great venue – simply perfect!
