Just two days before Christmas it was definitely a festive affair at the gorgeous winter wonderland Gaynes Park wedding with Lauren and Dave.
On the 23rd of December the sun shone down on Gaynes Park in Epping, Essex to ensure we captured some truly stunning photos. We got the day off to a wonderful start and the atmosphere was incredible as Lauren and her bridesmaids prepared for the wedding, meaning I could snap away and steal a few incredible moments, in the Apple Loft Honeymoon suite.
Lauren’s stunning dress was a fit and flare silhouette, with sweetheart neckline and delicate lace detailing throughout, while her 6 bridesmaids popped in pastel mint green floor length dresses. Their delicate bouquets complimented the colour scheme of the day perfectly.
Her husband-to-be Dave was in equally good form as we took some photos of the dapper dudes in The Long Walk and Walled Garden prior to the wedding.
The romantic ceremony took place in Gaynes Park’s barn style Orangery and the grounds provided some spectacular backdrops for their wedding photos.
I was so impressed by all the little touches which gave a nod to their winter theme. The reception room offered a vintage vibe with white and silver tones combining to remind that it was almost Christmas. Crackers served as the perfect favours, while flashes of silver acorns and crystal embellishments gave the room a distinctly alpine feel. Oh, and that cake – It was definitely one to remember!
I stole the bride and groom away for a few moments as the sun was setting and the results were amazing. The grounds proved equally as stunning in night time as they did in daylight and the photos speak a thousand words.
I’m so glad I was able to capture memories of Lauren’s and Dave’s big day! It was a fab wedding from start to finish and I wish the newly-weds many happy years together.
