For many couples, naturally, they have never had their photo professionally taken before, which can of course, be a pretty daunting experience, and not one you will wish to go through for the first time on your wedding day.
This is why I recommend a pre wedding session, which is the perfect way to ease you into your wedding photography, helping put those nerves aside, leaving you with one less thing to worry about, safe that your wedding photos will be a breeze!
What is a pre-wedding session?
A pre-wedding session is a fun way for us all to get to know each other and give you a little insight into how your wedding photography will go. The experience will afford you the advantage of being photographed as a couple professionally, ahead of the big day. This relaxed session is the perfect ice-breaker, helping to put you at ease in front of the camera. I welcome valuable feedback on the images, which helps craft a great understanding of what exactly you want for your wedding album. Plus, by the time the wedding day comes around, you’ll both be pros in front of the camera.
The session affords us the opportunity to get creative with poses and we’ll discuss everything from how to hold your bouquet, to what to do with you hands. This way, you’ll be totally comfortable on the day and your wedding photos will effortlessly flow.
Following your session, within a few days your photos will be fully edited and ready for viewing. I will arrange a suitable time for me to visit your home for a private viewing where I welcome feedback, and you can also purchase digital images, prints and frames if you wish.
Love your photos? Why not make them a part of your wedding reception! A popular combination is a mounted and framed picture for signing by your guests – the perfect alternative guest book. Desk frames are fantastic as gifts for mums and a multi-frame picture is ideal for your home. All pictures purchased in frames are supplied on your wedding DVD/USB at no extra charge. You can even choose to have a selection of your pre-wedding photos shown at your wedding reception.
Although there is no obligation to buy pictures from your pre-wedding session, expect to love them all!
My pre-wedding sessions are included within my all-day packages. This can also be added to smaller bespoke packages should you wish.
