Chelmsford Hylands Park Engagement Session with Louise & Paul

I love an engagement photo session! It’s a great way to get to know a couple, and capturing their just-engaged, pre-wedding glow is wonderful! It’s a truly romantic time and I always thoroughly enjoy it, especially when I can get outside into natural daylight, in beautiful surroundings!

I met Louise and Paul at one of my larger wedding fairs earlier this year. We hit it off straight away and soon decided that an engagement photo session would be a great way to get a feel for my style and see how we work together.

We headed to Hylands Park, our location of choice, and the weather proved great. Albeit it a little fresh, it was surprisingly good for April.

The session lasted for about an hour which afforded us plenty of time for photos and to discuss what they want from their wedding photos for their big day.

We took advantage of the stunning surroundings, which offered a wealth of opportunities for stunning backdrops for some memorable photos.

I loved Louise & Paul’s relaxed and happy demeanours, which definitely shone through in their engagement photos.

A wonderful couple in many ways, I’m really looking forward to discovering what their wedding day at Stock Brook Manor next June holds.
