Cliff Gardens, Southend Pre-wedding Session

I never tire of a pre-wedding session. Often with wedding planning comes stress and so it offers the perfect opportunity for a couple to get together – just the two of them – ahead of the wedding and spend a few hours, just focusing on themselves.

A pre-wedding session is the perfect way to mark a wonderful stage in your lives together. But what’s more, it also gives us all a chance to discuss plans for the big day. This means that I can get a real feel for your wedding day vision, and all those finer details.

Plus, we all get to know each other a little bit better.

Louise and Paul’s pre-wedding session at the stunning Southend Cliff Garden did just that. I spent some time with the happy couple ahead of their Stock Brook Manorwedding day next month.

We got together in the afternoon with expectations that the gardens would be busy given the weather. But we were pleasantly surprised that we had plenty of privacy. This meant that we were able to move throughout the gardens and use as many spots as possible for those all important pre-wedding session photos.

With the gardens being relatively quiet, it also meant that Louise and Paul were more relaxed, allowing us to try out a few different poses for their shots. This will definitely come in handy for the wedding day itself, as I find these sessions are the perfect way to warm up, meaning the couple are more relaxed on the day.

As we moved around the gardens I was able to share hints and tips about how their day would unfold and how I’d go about capturing their wedding photos.

We all left the session pleased with the outcome and immensely happy for the wedding day next month.

Good luck Louise and Paul! I can’t wait to see you both on your big day.
